Process

Barkley Builders will first survey your lot and select the best location for your home. Once selected, we will bring in heavy machinery to excavate and prepare to pour the foundation. Once your foundation is completed to our standards, we move on to Framing & Siding.

The next step is Framing & Siding. In this step, we will build out the bones of your home to either the specifications you have provided for us, or a style that you have selected from Barkley Builders.

Our licensed and highly-skilled tradesmen will handle all the utilities in your home, such as plumbing, heating, and electrical work. The work on your home will be done to code and to the high standards of Barkley Builders.

Interior Finishes is a favorite step for our crew as we really bring your home to life. You will be consulted and updated on every step as we add fixtures and aesthetic considerations to your standards.

The final step of constructing your home is laying out a selection of beautiful hardwoods or other flooring in your new home. We also provide advice and guidance in your selection of flooring, if you just can't pick between our many great options.

Finally, the only step left is your final approval and sale of the property and handing over the keys!
